She is dressed as a flapper to show those everyday Americans that the income gap between rich and poor being as large as it's been since the 1920's. And even though Alan Greenspan himself has warned about the destabilizing effects of the income gap, it is all due to the poor education choices made by everyday Americans. So, Billionaires will continue to have a roaring good time!
