After the reading of the Billionaires Declaration, the Billionaires proceeded to Fort Independence in South Boston for the annual 21-gun salute to the Nation by the USS Constitution. On the way, Avery Damon Penny and Ben DeRuilse reward enterprising young capitalists who were selling lemonade at Carson Beach. Well done, young darlings!
